CityYouth Ministries is committed to providing unparalleled help for the children of the community, and we cannot do this without volunteers like you.

Why Does CityYouth Ministries Need Volunteers?
Volunteers are vital to seeing success in our daily work with the youth of Jonesboro. We are a non-profit organization, and we serve a large number of children that benefit from our facility due to the generous efforts from our community. Volunteers are the hearts and hands that allow us to provide the guidance, love, care, supervision and attention that the youth of Jonesboro need and deserve. Without you, the volunteer, we would not be able to provide all the services we have available at our center.

Becoming a volunteer with CityYouth Ministries is easy. There are three (3) simple steps.

1. Apply. Download a volunteer application from our website or come by our offices and pick one up. You may return the form in 4 ways...

2. Interview. Once the volunteer application is completed in full and turned in, CityYouth will first, schedule you for an interview, second, check all 3 of your references, and third, complete a background and sex offender registry check.  We are fully committed to the safety of our students and making sure that all volunteers have a consistent Christian character.

3. Orientation. When your interview, reference check, and backgrounds checks are completed we will schedule you for a Volunteer Orientation session.  This session lasts about an hour and we will give you all sorts of pertinent information to make your volunteer experience the best it can be.
